Welcome,
At the website, teaforte.eu, you can buy a range of Tea Fortè products which are currently for sale in Italy. The range is regularly updated with new products with each item accompanied by a photo, a brief description, and the price.

The distributor, Livingemotion srl, reserves the right to modify at any time the conditions of sale that will be effective from the time of their publication on the site and will exclusively concern sales made after the publication itself.

Before proceeding with the purchase, please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

VALIDITY OF OFFER

The offers that appear on our site are valid as long as they remain online.

SELLING PRICE

For each item the unit price of sales including VAT is indicated. All prices are in EURO (€).

Any additional shipping cost will be added at the end of the order.

PURCHASE METHOD

To be able to purchase the products, proceed as follows:

  • Use the search function or the menu to find products of interest. Click on the photo of the product of your interest, the details relating to it will appear (description, price, and any advice on use). Indicate the quantity you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to Basket" button. Other articles can be inserted by clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button.
  • To view or change the order, click on the "Basket" button. Additional units of the same product can be added, or removed by writing the desired number in the quantity box or removed all together by clicking the x. A confirmation message will appear before it’s removed.
  • Once you are ready to complete the purchase click on the “Check out” button. If you are already a customer, you can click “Log in” or you will have to add your data in the form.
  • You can choose to have the products delivered to your address or another.
  • Add your payment details and any information for the courier. Click “Send order”

SHIPMENT AND COST

Shipment in Europe

Orders under € 79,00 will be subjected to a shipment cost for the following:

  • €9 for: Austria, Germany, Belgium France
  • €12 for: Luxembourg, Czechia, Netherlands, Poland, Denmark, Hungary, Monaco, Portugal, Spain
  • €18 for: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
  • €26 for: Finland, Greece, Malta, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein

  • Orders over € 79,00 will not incur any additional shipping cost. The total amount will be visible at the end of your order and separately from the cost of the items purchased.

    Shipment will be made with the courier GLS. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery. During holiday seasons, such as Christmas or Easter, delays can be expected.

Shipment to Switzerland: Shipment will be made with the courier FedEx and please allow 4 working days for delivery. During holiday seasons, such as Christmas or Easter, delays can be expected.

Shipment in Italy
Orders under € 50,00 will be subjected to a shipment cost of €8,00. Orders over € 50,00 will not incur any additional shipment cost. The total amount will be visible at the end of your order and separately from the cost of the items purchased.
Shipment will be made with the courier GLS. Orders placed on working days - please allow 24 hours for north of Italy, 48 hours for south of Italy and 72-98 hours for the islands. During holiday seasons, such as Christmas or Easter, delays can be expected

TERMS OF PAYMENT

To pay for your purchases, you can use one of the following methods:

  • CREDIT CARD: Livingemotion srl uses, to guarantee maximum security during data transmission, for the management of credit card transactions the service of Banca Sella and that of Paypal (you can decide which one to choose).
    Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of the most important priorities and it is for this reason that Paypal and Banca Sella apply automatic encryption to all confidential information that is sent between your computer and their server.
    Your computer: When you register or access the Paypal site, it is checked that on the Internet browser you use the Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or the next version is running.
    During the transfer: The information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the maximum length available on the market).
    PayPal Server: Your personal information is stored on Paypal servers and protected by an effective protection system, both physically and electronically. To further protect your credit card and bank account numbers, we do not directly connect servers protected by firewalls to the Internet.   • PAYPAL: Ebay group company and world leader in online payments
  • BANK TRANSFER: If you choose this payment method, please indicate the reference number that appears in the “Order Summary” in the payment description. The reference number indicated will allow us to quickly identify the crediting of the order so the order can proceed to be shipped.

PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY

Livingemotion srl undertakes to include only products that are available, on the site.

If you are still interested in a product that is not available at the time of your purchase, please send us an e-mail, and we will provide you with more precise information.

In the event that there are products that are not available within the order of a customer, Livingemotion srl will send an e-mail to the customer to agree on the continuation of the order or its modification with similar products and decide which solution to take, between:

  • suspend the shipment until the warehouse is replenished
  • replace the item with another one
  • proceed to the partial shipment of the available items if the order is related to more than one item. In this case, the amount of the item not shipped will be refunded.

REGISTRATION

To be able to make online purchases it is necessary to fill in all the data requested in the form. The data provided will be protected and guaranteed pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30/06/2003. By registering you can indicate a login (corresponding to your email) and a password. This will prevent you from providing your data again, thus saving valuable time.

We encourage you to sign up to our newsletter to get news, promotions, and information. Registration for Tea Forte newsletters is also possible regardless of any purchase. The personal data provided may be deleted from our archive at any time, simply by sending an e-mail to the following address:info@teaforte.it

PRIVACY PROTECTION

With reference to the personal data acquired for the conclusion of the online transaction or during the registration phase, Livingemotion Srl, informs that:

  • the personal data acquired are protected according to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 called "Code regarding the protection of personal data";
  • the collection or in any case the processing of personal data acquired has the exclusive purpose of being able to carry out the transaction or being able to send our newsletters or other information relating to the initiatives, events and promotions promoted by the company;
  • the provision of data is therefore mandatory, in their absence it is impossible to be able to carry out the transaction or be able to receive our newsletters or other information relating to the initiatives, events and promotions promoted by the company;
  • the provision of optional data has the simple purpose of improving the quality of the service;
  • all data is processed through paper or computer and / or telematic media and in any case using methods and procedures that guarantee security and confidentiality and in any case in compliance with the laws in force;

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by Legislative Decree 185/1999 art. 5.

This right must be exercised within ten working days from the date of receipt of the products.

To return the goods, a registered letter with return receipt must be sent to the following address:

The right of withdrawal can be communicated, within the deadline indicated above, by telegram, fax or e-mail, provided that it is confirmed within the following 48 hours by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

In the withdrawal notice, please indicate also the ways in which you wish to be reimbursed the amounts you paid. The shipping costs for returning the goods are your responsibility.

The goods must be returned with the package insured to: Livingemotion srl - Via Rossi 10 - 21020 BARASSO. No parcel sent by cash on delivery or assigned port will be withdrawn.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the goods must be returned intact and must not have suffered any damage.

The aforementioned withdrawal conditions are applied exclusively for purchases made on the www.teaforte.eu site, therefore purchases in other sales points where our products are distributed are excluded.

We may occasionally collect information about users of our online services in order to improve our Internet Service and other online services, as well as to better respond to our customers' needs. However, this will be implemented anonymously, preventing any possible identification. We use so-called "cookies" to improve the quality of our service. Cookies are small files that are stored by your browser; their purpose is to help us customize the offer if you come back to visit our website again in the future. If you do not want to receive cookies, please configure your browser appropriately: instructions for doing so can be found in your browser documentation.

Google Analytics - a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google") - uses cookies and code embedded in the site to collect non-personal information about visitors to the site on our behalf. Both cookies and the embedded code provide only non-personal statistical information about the pages visited on the site, the duration of the display of each individual page and the paths followed by visitors within the site, and data on screen settings are also collected of visitors and other general information. Livingemotion uses this type of information, together with others obtained from the cookies used on the site, to offer better services to users.

The information generated by Google and collected by cookies regarding the use of the website (including the IP address) will be transmitted and stored by Google on servers located in the United States. APPLICABLE LAW

All concluded contracts are considered finalized in Italy and are subject to Italian laws.
